Important: You are solely responsible for compliance with all applicable call recording and notification laws in your jurisdiction (including California's two-party consent law). RightWay AI may record calls handled by your AI agent. It is your responsibility to ensure that appropriate disclosures are made to callers and that you have obtained any necessary consents.
The Service integrates with third-party platforms including Jobber, Bland.ai, Twilio, and others. Your use of those platforms is governed by their respective terms of service. RightWay AI is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or conduct of third-party services. When you connect a third-party account, you authorize RightWay AI to access that account on your behalf as permitted by the scopes you grant.
Paid plans are billed monthly in advance. Current pricing is listed at getrightway.ai/pricing.html. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as described in our refund policy. We reserve the right to update pricing with 30 days' notice.
We may offer free trials or beta access at our discretion. Free trials convert to paid subscriptions at the end of the trial period unless cancelled. Beta features are provided "as-is" and may change or be discontinued at any time.
RightWay AI retains all rights to the Service, including software, designs, branding, and documentation. You retain ownership of your business data. You grant RightWay AI a limited license to use your data solely to provide and improve the Service.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ALL CALLS WILL BE CAPTURED OR PROCESSED WITHOUT DELAY.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RIGHTWAY AI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 3 MONTHS PRIOR TO THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RightWay AI, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
Either party may terminate the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your access to the Service ends and we may delete your data after a 30-day retention period, except as required by law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Sacramento County, California.
We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or website notice. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
